Our Feedmill

Our Nutritional Consulting Staff will work closely with you to customize your feed. Raw ingredients come in by truck, which are then unloaded into receiving pits and directed to holding compartments.  Recipes formulated by our Nutritionists are then put into the system by our feed mill staff and mixed per specifications.  Specialty ingredients are hand dumped into batches to ensure quality standards.  Once your feed has been mixed, it is scaled and loaded directly onto a truck for delivery to your farm.

When it comes to meeting your bulk delivery needs, West Bend Elevator offers bulk truck delivery as well as bag delivery service. Bags are filled on a semi-automated bagging system, palletized and loaded onto trucks. We have a selection of delivery trucks including tandem axle, quad axle, and a bulk feed trailer with multiple compartments allowing for a variety of feeds or delivery to several different farms at a time. Bulk ingredients are also available to be directly shipped to your operation.

West Bend Elevator works closely with the Vita Plus Corporation. This partnership has been very beneficial to our customers. Together we work to develop innovative feeding programs and provide on-farm consulting for our customers.
